Let's explore the basic function of a Boss. The Boss is solely responsible for the entire company operations from recruiting talented people to customer sanctification. In a typical organization, a Boss will establish a leadership team to oversee key areas in the organization, such as, human resources, accounting, marketing, sales, customer service, product and research development, business development, and community outreach. As you can see, being the Boss has a significant amount of responsibility that one shouldn't take lightly.
